VCF Agree (Formation Sécurité) is a specialized training institution in the Republic of the Congo focused on industrial safety, fire prevention, and risk management. Based in Pointe-Noire, the academy is dedicated to elevating the safety standards of the Congolese industrial workforce. Their mission is to prevent workplace accidents through rigorous theoretical and practical training tailored to high-risk environments like construction, maintenance, and energy.
Training Courses and Certifications
VCF Agree offers technical and HSE certifications tailored for the regional industrial market:
- Fire Protection: Fire extinguisher handling, evacuation coordination, and industrial fire prevention.
- Workplace Safety: First Aid (SST – Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail), Working at Heights, and Electrical Authorization (Habilitation Électrique).
- Lifting & Logistics: Safe operation of forklifts and industrial machinery (CACES-aligned standards).
- Confined Spaces: Safe entry and rescue procedures for industrial and energy personnel.
Class Schedules
Training is primarily client-driven and arranged based on participant enrollment. The centre operates Monday through Friday at its Pointe-Noire facility, or training can be conducted “In-House” at a client’s job site anywhere in the Congo.
